Following a negotiated tender procedure, Volksbank chose the customer-oriented and proactive full-service security services of International Security Agency (ISA).
After completing an intensive implementation programme, ISA will be the new partner for the next few years, providing daily man guard services at the three main offices in Utrecht, Groningen and Den Bosch. In addition, ISA will be responsible for alarm follow-up and alarm connections to a private emergency response centre (PAC) for approximately 650 locations nationwide.
