ISA is one of the few security organisations that, in addition to the security and event security certificates, also holds the ISO-9001 & ISO-14001 environmental certificate. With these certifications we show on the one hand, that we structurally pay attention to improving the quality of our services in a cyclical model. On the other hand, we demonstrate that we have safeguarded the environment and corporate social responsibility in our business operations. We are tested on this annually by an external agency (Nederlands Certificatie Instituut (NCI) B.V.).
In the Netherlands, companies may only carry out security work if they have a permit from the Ministry of Justice and Security: the ND number. International Security Agency (ISA) is registered under permit ND 1011.
