The Province of Utrecht commissioned an independent Customer Satisfaction Survey from VFM Facility Experts among the visitors and employees at the Utrecht Province House.
Respondents were asked about their appreciation of representativeness, professionalism, hospitality of our security staff and hostesses, and their sense of freedom.
The average score resulting from the KTO is an 8.1! This means that ISA has scored the highest marks within the facilities company. The response from our head office has been very enthusiastic. Willem van Laar from ISA brought a cake to pay tribute to the team and their great performance in this. At ISA, we strive to always provide the best service and security to our clients.
For us, that is the definition of Operational Excellence.
